The flagship free model is a custom blend of multiple frontier models, refined through our own engineering and prompt-tuning. Choosing between them

Model Switching Mid-Conversation

This is the feature that makes BRIVOX.AI structurally different from every other AI chat platform. In paid plans, you can switch between the free BRIVOX AI model and Claude Sonnet 4.6 inside the same conversation, and the context follows you.

Real work is rarely uniformly difficult. A debugging session might start with "what does this error mean?" 2. When you switch models, the next request includes the full prior context formatted for the new model.

BRIVOX.AI uses a token-pack model instead of monthly subscriptions. You buy credits once, they never expire, and you spend them only when you use Claude Sonnet 4.6. The free BRIVOX AI model is unlimited and free regardless of whether you have any tokens.

How tokens are counted

Tokens are units of text, roughly 4 characters of English per token. A token pack of 700K tokens covers:

• Approximately 500,000 words of conversation (input + output combined)
• Roughly 1,000-2,000 medium-length Claude conversations
• About 3-6 months of typical individual usage based on our user data

Tokens are only consumed when you use Claude Sonnet 4.6. Every message you send through the free BRIVOX AI model is free, no matter how long, no matter how many you send.

What happens when tokens run out

When your Claude tokens are depleted, your account continues working normally — you just lose access to Claude until you buy another pack. The free BRIVOX AI model stays available with no interruption. Conversations don't end; you just stop being able to switch to Claude for new messages.

Payment Methods

BRIVOX.AI accepts payments globally and locally in Egypt, so users in regions historically underserved by AI platforms can pay in ways that actually work for them.

International payments (Paddle)

For users outside Egypt, payments are processed by Paddle — a global payment infrastructure trusted by thousands of SaaS companies. Paddle handles VAT/tax calculations automatically and provides full invoicing.

Switching models programmatically

Use brivox-ai for the free model and claude-sonnet-4.6 for the premium model. Only requests against the Claude model consume tokens; BRIVOX AI requests are free for as long as your API key is active.

Fair use

The free tier is designed for genuine personal and professional use. Automated abuse — scraping, training other models on outputs, mass content generation for spam — is monitored and will result in account suspension. We err on the side of being permissive; if you're using BRIVOX AI to do real work, you're fine.

Privacy & Data

What we store

What we never do

• Sell your data to third parties
• Train models on your conversations without explicit opt-in consent
• Share conversation content with advertisers or data brokers
• Store credit card numbers — those are tokenized by our payment processors

Encryption

All traffic between your device and BRIVOX is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Conversation data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Payment data never reaches our servers in raw form — it's tokenized by Paddle (international) or Kashier (Egypt) before we see it.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual conversations at any time from the chat interface. Account deletion (which removes all stored data permanently within 30 days) is available from account settings. Token balances are non-refundable on account deletion — you can use them out before deleting, or transfer them to another account on request.
